PROPERTIES
CET 46 GREEN is a nutritional specialty specifically studied to improve the fruit and vegetable ripening process. The product, applied during the last phases of the crop cycle, activates the physiological mechanisms leading to the biosynthesis of anthocyanins and carotenoids, the pigments responsible for fruit coloring.
CET 46 GREEN supplies also monosaccharides as carbon and energy source for plant primary metabolism and sugar accumulation. Oxylipins in plant extracts, besides being responsible for fruit coloring, reinforce the cell walls inducing the natural synthesis of lignin that maintains unchanged fruit firmness and shelf life after harvest.
